Funk Tonsley cafe provides customers with inviting outdoor seating areas and a warm indoor experience with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the expansive communal courtyards. We offer a great location to catch up for a coffee or organise group lunches. Our extensive menus and cake selections provide options for all clientele and dietary requirements.

Our custom coffee roast is ever popular with our loyal clientele; order in-store or beat the queues and order ahead on our app. Funk Tonsley is the best breakfast and lunch spot within the MAB complex, with all our menu items prepared in-store from local premium SA supplied ingredients. We also provide an extended menu at our Tonsley cafe to include savoury pastries, loaded hotdogs and our ever-popular burgers with the lot.

WHERE TO FIND US

The MAB complex offers two entrances for drivers to our Tonsley cafe; if you’re coming by car, there is Tonsley Boulevard via South Road on the east and Alawoona Avenue via Marion Road on the west. Tonsley also has train and bus transport with a direct rail link and road corridor to the CBD.

All breakfast and lunch items are freshly prepared in-store by our amazing staff, using premium local ingredients.

Absolutely, and we consider it a core specialty of our business. Our catering offerings span both hot and cold platter selections, including freshly prepared rolls, wraps and sandwiches with premium fillings. Our muffin, Danish, brownie and cupcake boxes are also very popular. Orders can be easily placed through our website or contact our Tonsley cafe/store directly and speak to our friendly staff.
